CBD is available in following forms.

CBD supplement

CBD supplements are available in the market that is probably the easiest way to consume CBD. These CBD capsules help in stress, anxiety, muscle spasms, seizures, inflammation, insomnia, nausea, and chronic pain. However, these CBD pills are not an alternative to traditional or synthetic medicines.

CBD Oil

Another safe way to use CBD is to consume its oil. CBD oil is a more natural product and has no pesticides, herbicides or fungicides sprayed on it during cultivation.

In the oil form, CBD doesn’t have any contaminant or chemical. It is necessary to use only a recommended dose of CBD oil as a high dose of CBD may induce drowsiness.

 CBD Vapes

Some people enjoy smoking CBD just like cigarettes. But due to high popularity, CBD vape pens are the new talk of the town. These vape pens are e-cigarette vaporizer devices, commonly called “vapes,”

This pen-like device uses a small portion of CBD oil and boils it. The user can then inhale the vapor of this oil and enjoy the CBD effects. It is a faster way to get all these effects because CBD enters the bloodstream much faster than all other routes.

Also, vape pens are easy to use and have no smoke like a cigarette. However you cant use them at No smoking zones in public.

CBD tinctures

Tinctures, for example, CBD sprays or CBD droplets are a direct way to use CBD. You can use them straight into your mouth. These tinctures are made under pressurized carbon dioxide gas or a solvent like ethanol.

Then they remove the solvent under vacuum and the remnants are diluted with a carrier oil i.e. sesame or coconut oil, to improve the taste and preserve the cannabidiol.

Like CBD vapes, CBD tinctures are also a quick way to absorb CBD and get all its effects. It only takes a few minutes to start showing the results. That is why many people prefer to use CBD vape or CBD tincture for faster pain or anxiety relief.

CBD rubs and balms

CBD topicals such as rubs and balms are applied directly onto muscles or joints for pain and inflammation relief. In this form, CBD is mixed into any fat i.e. beeswax or coconut oil for better topical absorption.

That is why it is easy to use CBD rubs and balms on the skin. These CBD products completely penetrate to the skin and start healing. For the long-term planners of CBD, using a topical form is the best way to use CBD.

CBD beverages

Amazingly, CBD is also available in beverage form. You may find its tinge in some cocktails or coffees at local restaurants. Even other edibles like cookies and brownies may also to feature it. This way to use CBD is not as efficient as pills, oils, and rubs for pain and stress relief. It is more of a recreational way to use CBD.

Dosage for CBD

Everyone has different requirements and expectation from CBD products. So the dosage for everyone is also different. Generally, many of the users find 3mg, twice a day as a moderate dose. However many regular users take 200mg multiple times a day too.

It is necessary to find a proper dosage of CBD because it may produce undesirable effects at a high dose. New users must start CBD from the lowest possible dose and gradually increase it until they get to an optimum dose. The regular users of cannabis need a high dose to get CBD benefits.
